The second workshop on piezoelectric MEMS will be held on 6 and 7 September 2011 in Lausanne Switzerland. SolMateS will have a small booth at this workshop. The workshop aims to bring researchers and engineers from industry and academia together. A combination of presentations and discussions will give experts and developers the chance to boost this quickly developing market. The workshop will be a great opportunity for companies working in MEMS or using MEMS to learn about the state of the art in piezoMEMS based on ferroelectric and non-ferroelectric piezoelectric thin films. The first workshop was held in 2010 at Aixacct in Aachen.
