SolMateS will be present at the Semicon Europe from 11-13^th of October in Dresden Germany. As a member of Silicon Saxony we can be found at booth 2050. During the exhibition we will show our PiezoFlare platform which is able to deposit high quality PZT thin films with d33 above 200pm/V and a d31>120pm/V. We hope to see you at booth 2050 in Dresden!
