A Dutch trade mission went to Japan from 14 to 19 February to establish and reinforce contacts with the semiconductor industry. Participating companies included Panalytical, Bruco and Recore Systems. They visited Japanese companies and research institutes like Rorze, Panasonic and Hiroshima University. This trip also included several other appointments in Japan, Korea and a visit to Nano Tech 2011. The mission was organized by East-Netherlands Semiconductor Business Cluster under the umbrella of Oost NV and in co-operation with the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA). In 2009, SolMateS had a booth at the largest nano tech fair in the world, held in Tokyo.
