SolMateS had a booth on the international nano tech fair in Tokyo, Nano Tech 2009. During the exhibition, more than 50,000 visitors visited over 900 booths. Around 40% of the exhibitors were from overseas, indicating that this has surely developed into the largest nanotechnology themed exhibition in the world. We presented our ability to coat piezoelectric PZT on 6" Si-wafers.

The 8^th edition of the exhibition and conference was more international in scope than ever. A total of 606 companies and organizations representing 21 countries and regions exhibited at 905 booths. Led by a 98-booth German Pavilion, 280 of the booths were operated by 213 overseas companies and organizations. Once again, Japan, known for its leading role in manufacturing, hosted this world's largest nanotechnology exhibition.
