SolMateS had a booth on the nanotech fair in Tokyo. On this fair more than 50.000 visitors visited over 900 booths. Around 40% of exhibits were  from overseas, indicating that this has grown to be surely the largest nanotechnology themed exhibition in the world. We presented here our ability to coat piezoelectric PZT on 6" Si-wafers.

The eighth edition of the exhibition and conference is more international in scope than ever. 606 companies and organizations representing 21 countries and regions will exhibit at 905 booths. Led by a 98-booth German Pavilion, 280 of the booths will be operated by 213 overseas companies and organizations. Japan, known for its leading role in manufacturing, will host once again this world's largest nanotechnology exhibition.
