As a service SolMateS provides  material and gas analysis data. After an accurate analysis the results are presented and communicated with the experts in your company. To test the purity of metals, analyze organic materials and fluids SolMateS has access to different facilities.

Characterizing the products from the micro to the nanoscale
SolmateS has equipment to measure material properties up to the nanoscale, like for example a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). With such a microscope the surface structure of a sample can be imaged. Materials such as metals, polymers and inorganics can be characterized and tested by us. In cooperation with your experts we provide accurate data to monitor processes and impove the product quality. Besides providing measurement data we are proactive in solving process- and/or product problems.

Dedicated facilities and analysis partners
To tackle problems during trouble shooting often a wide variety of measurments and knowledge is required. Together with several analysis partners we provide accurate measuremts in a short time. The resulst will be presented in understandable language for non-scientists.

Gas analysis
SolMateS is able to analyse gases with gas-chromatography. With this technique it is possible to measure the concentrations (parts per million ppm or ppmv) of several gases and gasmixtures.
